ジャヌビア（Januvia）とは？

ジャヌビアは、血糖値をコントロールする経口糖尿病薬です。食後に分泌される体内のインスリンの量を調整する働きがあります。

ジャヌビアは、2型糖尿病（インスリン非依存型）の患者に使われます。その他の糖尿病薬と一緒に使われることもありますが、1型糖尿病患者には使用することはできません。またジャヌビアは、ここに記載されている目的以外にも利用されています。

Januvia is for people with type 2 diabetes (non-insulin-dependent) diabetes. It is sometimes used in combination with other diabetes medications, but is not for treating type 1 diabetes.
